What polishes to use?
« on: February 24, 2005, 05:49:25 AM »
I finally got a tub for my new ball spinner. I'm gonna try my hand on a couple of old balls. I have wet/dry sand paper and some scotchbrite pads. I'm unsure of which polishes to purchase and by whom. Any suggestions?

agreed.. I use that as well and have had good luck with it.  In general, I think any of the bowling manufactures make pretty decent products though... I've used black magic, and some of the track products in the past as well...

Black Magic is a good general purpose polish to have, doesn't change the grit on the ball just shines it up well.

Good Luck, cooksey

The Black Magic makes my ball slide on thru the break point. I've had my best luck with Storm Step 2 and Columbia 2000 Grit Polish.
