Title: Scotch Brites and Wild Octopus...
Post by: mrtappedalot on January 27, 2004, 11:19:28 PM
Probably going to start purchasing Scotch Brites from Wild Octopus Bowling, but I have one question.

Someone told me that they come in larger sheets from WOB, and not the 6 x 3.5 inch versions that come in stores.  Is this true?  If it is, there is even more motivation to purchase some.

mrtappedalot -- Yes, they are larger than the pads you buy at an auto supply house or Lowes, etc.  If I can remember, I'll check the exact size tomorrow and post it for you.  At Wild Octopus, look under accessories, then under polishes and cleaners.  The cost is $1.50 per pad, or $1.30 in quantities over 4 pads.  But watch out for the shipping cost, that can run the total cost per pad way up if you're buying small quantities.  --  JohnP
