I have used it by hand but it works much better when applied with a spinner.. The shine with a spinner is much greater than the shine you can do by hand..

When using polish, shine is not the goal - reaction is.  So, do you find the reaction achieved to be better with the spinner or by hand?  --  JohnP

I have found the reaction to be much better putting polish on with a spinner vs by hand..

I also understand shine is not the goal, but the more shiny it is to me, the better the polish went on..

In the past, when I have put any polish on by hand, it never seems to really make that much difference in ball reaction..

Snake oil vs beans secret sauce. Which do you guys prefer? Looking to purchase a new bottle of polish, wondering which one to buy

Vincent123 - If you take a look through the "Coverstock Prep" forum you will find many reviews and praise for Snake Oil.

Many of our customers like to apply Snake Oil and Resurrection by hand over the spinner because it allows them to really find tune the surface even more. I prefer using a spinner just for the simple fact that it accomplishes the job much quicker and the results are even.

Vincent, the Beans Sauce is sort of "person specific" in that it works for some people and not for others whereas the Snake Oil works for most everyone. I have used both and that has been my experience with them a well as reading in past posts on here of other peoples experience. To sum it up the Sauce doesn't work for me, but the Snake Oil does.
