Hello, my name is Kevin, I work for Valentino Bowling. I posted a topic earlier but it was deleted due to the site attack. I am here to introduce the BRer's to our great line of ball maintenance products.
Snake Oil is a premium bowling ball polish that puts the VENOM back into your game. Snake Oil allows the bowling ball to skid, which stores energy and allows for a killer backend to "STRIKE" the pins. Snake oil polishes from 1500 grit to 3500grit depending on pressure and our polish does not change the underlying grit (so a ball sanded to 600grit, then polished to 3500 will skid shorter then a ball sanded at 1000grit then polished to 3500). This allows you to truly fine tune your game, especially on PBA conditions.

Snake Oil is currently undergoing USBC trials to become approved for use during competition.
You can order a sample pack to try out all three of our products. A sample pack costs only $3.00 and shipping and handling is $3.95. In the sample pack you get:
* 1oz. Bottle Resurrection
* 1oz. Bottle Snake Oil Polish
* 15 Pieces of Franken-Tape
* A 10% off Coupon on your next purchase.
1oz. is enough to polish/sand two bowling balls
If you like our products, an 8oz. bottle of Snake Oil is only $15.95. The polishing micro beads remain in the towel, so if you have a towel devoted to Snake Oil you can get 65plus uses out of an 8oz. bottle. Making it only $ .24 cents to keep the venom in your bowling balls.

how does this compare to Beans? If you have this much confidence in your product you have knowledge of the others. Please let us know?
Length, backend, longevity, is the reaction smother or more skid snap than Beans?
I just ordered some Black Magic, because Beans doubled in cost but I really liked his product. I'd be willing to try yours, but please give the comparison.

How does snake oil compare to other products?
It compares very well, Valentino Bowling does not bash other products and say ours is better then A, B, C, D, E. After our testing I can proudly say that Snake Oil is the best.
The best at restoring Out Of Box surface and performance, the best at providing aggressive backends, the best at providing milder more controllable backends (with a pre-polishing surface of 2000+), the best shine longevity's (10+ games on Synthetics), & the best ingredients. I'm sure we missed a few bests.
For $6.95 shipped you can get a sample pack and try 3 great products, plus you get a 10% off coupon if you like our product. With about 25 samples packs going out this past Thursday/Friday there should be some comments/praise trickling in pretty soon.

I know that there isn't anything on the market that is similar to the "Secret Sauce" so there is always room for different products. The confidence I have in my product has been proven by the purchase of my product by a major ball company and 1000's of people throughout the country. I would expect nothing else from the Valentino boys... If you can't stand behind your product and actually believe it's the best without bashing other products you should not be in business. I truly wish the guys the best of luck as I know the amount of work that was put into my products and the promotion as well. It is a tough business though with all the MAJOR labels out there. Closed minded people never want to give the little guy a chance..
Good luck guys...

It looks like regular black tape to me just cut different.. thats it..

Franken-Tape, what is this stuff closest to? is it similar to some of the "quick-release" tapes on the market such as the VISE tape, or would it be more like standard black tapes like the Ultimate or Brunswick products?
it's got me interested....

That was ultra quick Shipping, Thanks for the excellent service. I'll post a review when I try it, probably next week.

I got my sample just two days after order, very quick.
I did use the resurfacer and am really liking it. It is gritty of course, smells surprisingly well, and acts very similarly to Clean and Dull but with grit in it. I can see it being a nice tool for a quick surface touch up, as it will dull the ball down nicely, give it a nice surface, and be pretty good for an undercoat before polish.
The polish also has grit in it, its not really gritty but it does have some in there. Its more liquidy than the Ebonite Factory Finish Polish. It took pretty well and it wasn't much different acting than the Ebonite polish on getting a shine, and it finished similarly tacky. I haven't thrown the ball I used it on but I would assume it will be similar to the Ebonite Polish on the lanes.

But, magicmike, Snake Oil has no abrasive in it, just something to make the surface shine, like Brunswick's High Gloss polish. Ebo's Fac Finish does have abrasives in it. Mild, but definitely abrasive. Ebo's reps have said so.

our polishing beads have a rounded surface so we don't really consider it an abrasive, it does not change the underlying grit.
in our pictures we sanded a ball to 150grit and then polished it.

Darn, Kevin! Don't go giving away all your secrets! Brunswick doesn't. Why should you?
