It's 4000-grit then polished with their factory polish. There isn't much shinier you can get it.
You could try one of the polishes with a slip agent in it, something like Delayed Reaction or Legends Extended Length polish. But the surface is basically as fine as it's going to get.
Really, it's not a dry lane ball. There are plenty of great dry lane balls besides Power Grooves (which hit plenty).
