Sure. It works fine. Just follow the directions.

It inhibits/reduces the absorption of oil for 20 games or so. It makes some balls go a little bit longer. After 20 games, apply a small 2nd dose to a clean ball. No sweat.

You can't put so much on that you prevent totally the absorption of oil because that's why resin ball act the way they do. But it does work the way it is intended.
