A friend of mine to me he was baking his Burgundy Hammer to draw some of the oil out of it and bring some life back to it. He said he was baking it on low heat for up to an hour. I have heard of other people doing this but I haven't heard of the results. I am looking for feedback on this.

ordinary urethane absorbs oil and an incredibly lower rat ethan any resin. Wipe th eball off during bowling so it skids less. Baking for an hour is not good; 10-15 minutes at a time MAXIMUM, and then for resin, NOT urethane; washing in hot water and dishwasher soap is much safer for resin only.
