Kevin,
is that $1.00 off each bottle of Remedy Rx (higher quantities - order of 5 = $5.00 off)?

You have pine-tar on your bowling balls?  j/k  Granted, with beltmarks you have to apply a little muscle when using Remedy Rx (you have to do the same with any other 'legal' cleaner), but it removes everything my equipment has encountered.  Perhaps you're not applying enough 'muscle'.  BTW, do not use a spinner with this product!

Remedy leaves the oil rings. If I use Clean and Dull there are no oil rings plus it is really tacky. Remedy in my opinion does not leave the ball tacky nor pulls oil off the ball well.

I have had this bottles sitting for 3 months since I was sent a bottle from Valentino to replace the first. The customer service was great but the product is just not as good a Clean and Dull.

I am not sure what your doing wrong because Remedy makes my Bowling Balls Cover tackier than any cleaner I have ever used including Lane Masters and Clean N Dull.  I also have no problems with it removing oil rings.  It won't remove your track.  I use it by hand no spinner spray, sit, wipe.

I have done the spray and wait and nothing happened. I am dead serious. There is nothing on the rag I wipe it with also.

Either you have unrealistic expectations (you're not going to be able to just wipe the towel across the ball with zero pressure once and expect it to do much, you gotta use a little elbow grease, preferably with a microfiber towel), you're doing something else completely, totally wrong, or you're full of s***.  There's no way Remedy won't at least get the oil rings off your ball if you're using it properly.  Spray it on the ball, let it sit for a few seconds, and scrub it down with a clean microfiber towel.  Repeat if necessary.  It WILL get oil off the ball and leave it feeling tacky.  Period.  Whatever you see left on the ball surface is probably just the track that gets marked up on the ball, not a puddle of oil sitting on top of the coverstock.

Dan I can tell you that it is not the track. I had just applied polish to my ball and threw it down the lane a few times. After those times I tried to use Remedy with a microfiber towel and elbow grease. There was still oil rings and it was not tacky. I am not trying to start a fight it is just I have had poor results that is all.

I just can't understand it because you are literally the ONLY person I've ever seen who couldn't get Remedy to get the oil off their ball.  Heck, I once used it on a buddy's ball when he left it in the car all week and it sweated out a thick layer of oil all over the entire ball.  And I STILL was able to get the oil off and leave the ball feeling tacky in two minutes with several sprays of Remedy and a towel.

I always notice oil and dirt on the rag after using Rememdy.  Perhaps you're 'over-saturating' the ball/rag when applying.  Honestly, can't understand why you don't see anything on the rag.  That's like saying 'I get more off the ball with a dry rag than using a rag and cleaner' ... doesn't quite add up
