Pro Shot cleaner/polish

Is anyone familiar with this
stuff?
It's called a cleaner and polish yet it has no abrasives in it. Just trying to get an idea of what I might be able to expect.

I used this quite awhile back. It was a ok cleaner on a polished balled.
got the best results on a spinner.
But there are alot better cleaners and better polishes.

I also used this product a few years ago. It did an excellent job cleaning the balls, but the balls would tend to develop a little shine.
