Relocate CG
« on: October 06, 2004, 09:27:38 AM »
Case 1,

CG marked correctly, and top weight also correct, is that possible there is another location on the ball will have a heavier top weight?

Case 2,

CG mis-marked, how to locate the correct CG?

Case 3,

After the ball is plugged, how to locate the CG, I assume it should be the same way as case 2.

Last, how to locate the Mass Bias without the DeTerminator.  I understand RotoGrip claim they are accurate enough if we draw a line from pin thru CG 6 3/4" is the MB.  But what about other ball company.  Coz a lot of time u can see a ball with a marked MB are not inline with Pin-CG at all.

Thanks in advance.

laufaye -- For finding the cg, go to the Lane 1 web site, Tech Data.  Can't help with the other questions.  --  JohnP

Actually, Storm says that (at least with their Master Line balls (XXX, etc)), they spin each ball to get the MB correctly marked.
