I just tried a Vise Thumb insert and like it as well as any I've tried. However, the back of my thumb gets irritated from the rough edge created by adjusting mechanism. The little protection in the back just isn't getting it done, and my current efforts of using tape haven't seemed to help.
Does anyone else find this a show stopper to an otherwise good product or have suggestions? I really like it and would like to make this work.

And... Please don't hijack the thread with alternative inserts... I've tried them all. That's another topic for another time...
