I am considering both of these drills for my new shock and awe and was curious which one would be a more long and snap type drill??
any comments would be appreciated..

If they only made a ball that would carry that da_n 7 pin (and I am right handed!!)

3 3/8 i would think would hook more in oil
and other would be longer

Both are control drills as far as MB placement.
A better skid snap drill would be between Pin 4.5-5.5 and CG between 3.5-5.

Hey Jim,
If you go with the 3 3/8 by 5 1/4 from Mo's sheet it will do just as advertised (sharp breakpoint). But the 4 1/2 by 5 1/4 should give you more length and snap (that is how I am going to drill mine). This is from the morich drill request form for pin placement.
3-3/8" Maximum Flare (Maximum Overall Hook)
4-1/2" Maximum Flare (Slightly less flare in oil; Slightly more in dry)

NO...both are sharp break point - hook-set MB placements based on PAP....Control drills are in the 6.5-7 inch range...

I went with the 3 3/8 x 5 1/4 layout and will try it Sunday..
