hi, i really want some information. i want the technique to know if the ball is legal or not. thanks...

The biggest area of concern with drillings is static weights.  This link covers it well.

Other than that look at Chapter VI in the ABC book. Especially to see that you can only have 5 fingerholes, one weighthole that is 1 1/4" in diameter or smaller (including bevel, chips, etc.), one vent hole of each finger that is in diameter 1/4" or smaller, and a mill hole that is 5/8" in diameter and 1/8" deep or smaller.
