Basic info about me,
rev arround 475-500 speed about 18-19 mph

I have a question regarding PAP, i just drilled up a NIB Arch Rival, My idea was to put the pin 4½ below fingers fith a balance hole on my PAP. last time i checked my pap was 3½ over. so drilled my ball put a weigth hole on my pap when out to the lanes and noticed that it have changed. put a white peace of tape on my ball to notice it changed from 3½ to 4 5/8. but where im confused is that my flare havent changed. if i check my pap from the first oil ring it is 3½ still. tried on 5 diffrent ball all with diffrent drillings. Full Swing, Pure Swing, Cool Noize and my old trusty Action. all the same 4 5/8 if i place a peace of tape on it but not from the first flare. can this be due to me spinning the ball a bit? any ideas???
