pin at 3 a clock
« on: October 14, 2008, 02:33:50 PM »
tried a new layout pluged a special agent and put the cg in the center of grip about 1/2 ounce positive and put the pin straight over at 3 a clock, told this is a weak layout but hits harder then my stacked layouts, and my carry percentage went way up. has anybody tried this?

Sounds like a pin in axis drilling to me... should make a early roll with smooth and little backend reaction. Should be a good drilling on medium patterns with a stronger ball like a special agent. Pretty close to how my One is drilled. Lets me play a little straighter and not fight over under as bad.

ya thats is pretty much how my blue vibe is setup and it is the smoothest ball i ever thrown. reads mids great with enough backend to carry hard. great for sport.
