Target Weighting
« on: October 23, 2007, 06:41:17 AM »
I've heard this term several times in posts on here, but have no idea what it is.  Would someone please explain this term and any useful situations to use this concept.

I've never seen any of his more technical information on the MoRich website available for public use.
