on hole for your fingers??????

i had a customer come in today wanting to plug his fingers and make one large oval hole.  he thinks it's gonna relieve some stress on his hand.  i'm kinda skepticle on fdoing this but i'm not gonna argue with him...any input here????

one large oval hole for just his fingers??  even if you give him what he wants its pretty obvious he's not going to be happy with the results.  what kind of stress/pain was he experiencing in his fingers?  did you check his current span/pitches?

all spans and pitches are good, he's just an older guy who has an idea stuck in his head. no real injuries, maybe some arthritis. wouldnt it make more sense to just try a pinky hole????i dont know about this

I have seen others with this before so not unusual.. With one big oval hole..
Even seen some with holes that looked like bridges had cracked out, but no, they were intentional.. And the 3 players i can recall were decent bowlers..

Johnny Petraglia used this grip during a PBA televised tournament a long time ago.  Worked for him at the time.
