pin left of middle finger ??
« on: January 03, 2006, 01:25:25 PM »
picked up a Track emb xf   4 in pin  3.5  top wt
the pin, c.g., and Mb do not line up in a straight line  (looks like this)

                                    * pin

                                            .  c.g.

                                        Mb

was thinking on turning the ball with the pin left of the middle finger ( Rh )

kicking the C.g. 1/2" to 1" to the right

and placing the Mb in the strong position

what reaction would this produce ??  any suggestions  thanks

sorry my little diagram didn't work

the pin and Mb if you draw a straight line throu them the c.g. would be 2 1/2 ", to the right of the line

pin to the outside of the middle finger generally reduces the flare to almost nothing PLUS it will raise the track towards the finger and thumb.

If he already tracks high it's going to sound like he's throwing a square, not a ball
