jig operation

When using this type of jig (www.innovativebowling.com/pspage2.htm),how to set the pitches

I know that the table moves to back and forth each side.

Does the ball base moves

If ball base dose not move, how can I set the pitches

When I rotate the ball must I unfasten the clamp
