Best Drilling for Domination
« on: March 13, 2007, 01:25:07 PM »
i am thinking of getting my domination completely redrilled. i bowl on medium-medium heavy conditions with a lot of carry down. i want the ball to really pick up on the backend but i don't want it to go 55 ft and sideways. i would like it to read the mids somewhat and then give me that snappy move on the backend. any help will be greatly appreciated.

I just drilled one for a customer last week that was really aggressive in the midlane with a lot of pop on the backend.  I laid it out pin and mb 4" from his PAP using a 3" pin buffer.  The gentleman had a PAP of 3 3/4 right and 1/2 up which put the pin pin under his bridge and the mb 2 3/4 right of centerline.  No extra hole was needed.  I'm not a big Storm fan but this ball looked incredible in his hand.

" i bowl on medium-medium heavy conditions"

Combining a resin pearl, NO MATTER HOW STRONG, WITH THE ABOVE, is a match made in hell. Ain't gonna work, unless you have Robert Smith revs.

I'd go looking for a Special Agent, Passion, or similar ball if I were you. Give it up and get practical is my honest advice.
