Well, I've been looking for this book for a little while now.  If it has been re-released, I can't find anyplace on the net that has it yet.  Based on the above message, I checked Innovative Bowling Products' website, but didn't see it out there.  If you find it in public purchasable domain, can someone put a link up so multiple people can benefit?
