Thanks Chris, and again to reiterate I do think you guys do good work.  If you receive video clips from customers and have good conversations around ball motion, then kudos again for doing what is truly helping bowlers improve their games.  In Atlanta there are a few ball drillers who do get it, but just as many that don't and are in the business of reading ball talkers to people and then hitting lines.  If everyone cared about the game and the success of our customers, we wouldn't be seeing the decline that we are.
