To the Gurus out there, say a six inch pin to pap dist. that is above the bridge. And a six inch pin to pap dist. with the pin to the northeast of the ring finger.

Assume a ball with a 2-3 inch pin.

Northeast of the ring finger will but the pin closer to the VAL, which will make the transition sharper once it finally starts to make its move.

But with a six-inch distance, that wouldn't seem to be much of a move in the first place, would it?

It's real hard for me to picture a ball having a 2-3 pin out distance, drilled with a 6 inch pin-to-pap distance and the pin close to the val.

That would put the fingers very close to, or in, the cg area and would result in excess finger weight, unless the ball had low topweight to begin with, wouldn't it?

I guess you could slide the cg out towards the pap and drill out the excess side weight, but you would still have to be careful to get the weights right.
