It's worth to change ????
« on: August 06, 2004, 06:16:15 PM »
I just drilled new ball. And my driller change my thumb pitch and span.
I want to redrill or change all my balls to have them all drilled same as last one.
Have old Attack Zone MR drilled Label Leverage.
It's worth to change for Stacked Leverage ???

If I just plug and redrill thumb it will looks like drilled only once.
Other way change from label to stacked will also change track area, but with visible pluged holes.

Jack -- Depends.  Do you like the reaction the way it's drilled now?  Were any changes made to the finger pitches?  If the answers are yes and no respectively, I'd reslug the thumb and drill it to the new specs.  Then the ball hasn't been plugged at all.  If you want to try stacked leverage, do it on a new ball.  --  JohnP

JohnP - Thanks.
All balls I bought were new, and I dont like to have plugs on them.
ZoneMR was my first reactive ball.

Dont know if piches were changed. All balls I have were drilled as copy of MRAttack but each one has diferent thumb pitch.

Just wonder how new type of drilling can change reaction of this ball.
On normal league conditions i'm playing up to line (if I'm correct).
Ball is going straight thru second arrow with small direction change hitting pocket. If I move 5 board right (foot & target) its going to pocket also, but with earlier direction change.

Have Apex Obsession drilled stacked - works good. Feel no thumb.
