Just what it sounds like. Put the pin on your positive axis point (the axis around which the ball initially rotates off your hand) and the CG towards the grip center. Very smooth, even rolling drill that doesn't flare much if at all.

What's with it with trying it on Absolutes? I tried pin axis on my Absolute as well. Like Bob said, it's VERY smooth rolling. Allows me to play straight up the boards when everything else I have is swinging.
