just got my 2nd dimension and went bowl with it.. a friend of mine like how it rolled and came look at it.. and he look stunned and said, "oh, its just a simple label layout.. what's does that mean?

This is true as many labels were printed over the cg area. Actually was a pain sometimes in trying to locate the marking because the company name/logos were stamped over the spot (Columbia balls come to mind).
It was also a loosely used term for telling a driller to not offset the grip so there would be no static imbalances (pos/neg or finger/thumb weight). Just drill it "label" or "straight up" meant for the ending statics to be zero.
