Title: CG question
Post by: Centers on April 12, 2005, 11:10:39 PM
If the cg is kicked out, what purpose does this have compared to one with the cg in the middle?

there are WAYYY too many factors going on to give you a true feeling for what it will do in YOUR hands...however....

cg kicked out "usually" will start the ball sooner and give it a better mid-lane read....

Centers -- Having the cg kicked out like that gives enough side weight to allow a balance hole to fine tune the ball's reaction.  But if the side weight ends up more than 1 oz, you HAVE to drill a balance hole to make the ball legal.  --  JohnP
