Title: Cheetah Layout from WSOB

Does anyone happen to know Bill O'Neill's layout for the Arson Low Flare from this past season's Cheetah show?

I've been looking and can't seem to find anything posted anywhere.

Any input or help would be appreciated.

im maybe 50% sure on this but i feel like he had the pin way out. like semi-axis 2" from the PAP with a hole close by

Pin is about 4" from pap above fingers with a hole on axis.
