Determining PAP

Is it possible for me to determine my PAP?  I have a ball spinner, which I was told would help.  

Also, do different balls have different PAP.  For example if I look for my PAP on my spare ball vs. my Hammer Wheel vs. Brunswick Bruiser.

It is better to use a low flaring ball like your spare ball to find your PAP.  Here is a link on how to do it:
