Title: Difference between 5x5 vs 5x4 vs 5x3

Can anyone help me identify how these layouts differ in reaction? also, what type of game or condition that they are best suited for? Thanks!!

Mmmm, not always. Depends on what PIN SIZE you have, where your PAP is as well as where the PIN is located. For example a 4 x 4 for some people depending on their PAP would be stacked, but for me on the same size Pin it isn't. My 4 x 4 drilling that isn't stacked will hook later than some one else's 4 x 4 that is stacked.

Brickguy is on the right path here....there are too many variables....
and us mortals really aren't going to see that much difference at all in these drillings.  Keeping in mind, the pin is primary when it comes to layout. If 3 3/8 inches from your pap is strongest, then 5 inches isn't that strong of a drill. Therefore, the 5x5 would be longest, 5x4 would probably be the strongest of the three, and the 5x3 would be the earliest (only comparing these drillings, AND, all things being the same,...same ball, same bowler, lane condition, etc....)
