Title: Different grips and fitting tools
Post by: jjweb on October 26, 2004, 04:21:50 PM
What is the difference between the Collier and CLT grip? How are the laid out (looking for a picture)? What is the claw grip and how does it differ from the two others?

Has anyone used the MoRich fitting system? What's so special about it?

Thanks,
Josh

Josh,

Collier & CLT's are different types of centerline/pitch translations from a standard T-grip.  Good luck finding a picture or diagram, although i may have one floating around from KOTM on my HD.

Claw and hook grips are pitch & span adjustments from a proper true fingertip span that are used to change your release tilt and/or rotation.

The morich fitting "system" is a collectio nof fitting tools.  Not quite as advanced or comprehensive as a jayhawk fitter, but a good tool nonetheless.

khamûl,

Do you have any instructions on how to lay either of those grips out? Or does the picture pretty much explain it? I'm just getting into ball fitting and lay outs, so I'm trying to gather as much information as possible.  The MoRich fitting system does look interesting; how does it work?

Thanks,
Josh

This is going to sound like a really stupid question, but... Does anyone have any information they could send me on actually drawing out the lay outs on the ball?  As I said before, I'm just getting into fitting and drilling, so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
