If there are 5 holes and only 3 are used for gripping purposes it would be illegal...

If the pin and CG are on a line with the PAP, then I've heard this drilling referred to as a "barbell" layout.  Other than that, I'm afraid I can't help you out.

I can not get the diagram to work the way I want to show you. The pin is under the ring finger. The cg is straight across to the right of the pin

I think to get your diagram right you can use the button at the top that looks like this  #    type between the codes.
