Watch out for a ball with a low RG and some good differential as a base. Brunswick's Total Inferno is a good candidate, the Fury, too. A Mammoth also makes a good oil ball, as well as Visionary's AMB Particle Centaur. From MoRich, Awesome Hook and probably the Revs, maybe with a tad more surface will do a good job. The No Mercy is also a good ball (even though it follows unique drilling instructions). The original Epic is, what I have heard, also a good basic choice, but recently discontinued.
But the basic ball is not main thing - you need a certain reaction for good oil performance. Make sure to get a ball with a lower pin distance (1-2") and put the pin in a strong position u nder the fingers, e. g. 4" from PAP or even in leverage position, and the CG/MB either stacked or swung out closer to the PAP for a more arcing reaction - all of this promotes early roll and a good finish on true heavy and long oil. Balance hole will be required.
You can also fine-tune the coverstock surface to handle more or less oil, but with an aggressive, early-rolling layout you will surely need long oil for a ball with an aggressive coverstock to work properly.
