What's your favorite layout on a ball that flexible for medium - light oil or even dry(unlikely) lanes that will still have a good punch on the backend and why? Don't want the typical label leverage 'coz I do hate that layout, too long & too snappy for me.

With my speed, I want something that will have length, but not too much, then kinda goes to a continues roll(no burn out) or controllable snap on the backend.

Do you think pin over bridge(about 5 or 5 1/2" from pap) then Cg kicked out to the right(about 1 1/2-2" from the palm) will do good for this condition?

I'm not sure if it makes sense, but worth a try asking. Any opinions will be very much appreciated.

first off-i don think anyone should use label leverage for medium to dry
way to aggressive unless on a very veryt weak ball.

with that said

i like 5 x 4
an 11 o'clock drilling

6 in pin.  (1) above below the fingers for arc, (1) above the fingers for length & flip

Nodsleinad,

Where are the Cg located in relation to your layout? I can't see it on the pictures.

basically I have what i call 65 degree drillings.  From my PAP to pin thru CG is 65 degrees.

Slayr it is slightly below grip center and right.  (Little dimple mark)

P Groove it is more right of grip center about 1 inch or so

Nodsleinad,

Thanks a lot for your comments.I was thinking of getting the punisher for my medium - light ball. Do you think the layout you have on the slayr will be good for this ball?

My Slayr is a good rolling ball but the cover is rather mild.  I like the Punsiher for Med-Light myself.  The Slayr is close but still longer.
