Does filling and re drilling a ball affect performance

So i have two balls that were drilled without my pap will it affect their performance if i fill and re drill them?

Hey mma,

Typically no.  However, if these are asymmetrical, the true mass bias can move from the current marked mass bias position.  If your shop has a De-Terminator, have them re-spin the balls to find the mb.  This is only however if you want/need to be very specific in your mb placement.

The basic and general answer to your question is no, it should have minimal to no effect on the ball's overall performance.

But don't plug and redrill them just because they weren't laid out using your PAP.  Only do it if you're not satisfied with the reaction.  --  JohnP
