Yes. The $210 is for the price of the ball at the shop (or, actually at any of the 5 shops here where I live) WITHOUT drilling. Listed on each price sign right underneath the price of the ball is the $50 drilling fee. Now you're at $260. Add in grips ($12), slug ($15) and tax and I would have paid $290-300 for the ball thru the shop.
When I got back into bowling a couple of years ago, I bought a Black Widow Bite from this shop. The price of the ball with drilling, grips and tax was almost $300.
Unfortunately, any shop NOT owned by this company is at least an hour from me and any shop that is highly rated/recommended is at least 2 hours from me. Yes, I live in a pretty large city, too.
