Title: drilling
Post by: navy beans on October 27, 2003, 01:43:59 AM
I've moved from MI to VA (In the Navy) and I've noticed that all of the Lanes around here are burnt up and have insane back ends....Which brings me to my question. I usually get most of my balls laid out with the pin below my bridge and my CG smack in the middle of my palm, which I noticed gives me a more mellow reaction, even though its still reacting a little more than I'd like. Does anybody have another layout that I should try?? My Brunswick Attack Zone M/R is even too much for these conditions, and The only other ball I am comfortable throwing here is my pink hammer. Please give me some info people...

Thanks,
Tim

navy beans -- Try locating the pin on or near your PAP with the cg as close to the grip center as the pin/cg relationship allows.  That should mellow the reaction out as much as possible without requiring a balance hole.  If necessary, sand the ball up to 1500 grit and polish.  Good luck  --  JohnP
