Just wondering- Piranha
« on: March 22, 2004, 04:28:47 PM »
I picked up a Piranha Retro. 2 1/2" pin and 3.25 top weight. I am a relatively high track player with above average speed. Are there any drillings I should stay away from??? Most of my equipment has the following layouts:

     *(pin)              *(pin)
  0 0          or     0 0

      cg                     cg
   0                   0

Any info would be appreciated...Thank you.

My layouts didn't come out as I had hoped. I normally place the pin above my ring finger or a tad right and set the cg directly below or an inch or so right...

Krumpy300 -- High trackers need to avoid any drilling with the pin out of the safe zone so the ball will not flare over the finger holes.  For details, access the drilling instructions for the Big Blue with the shortcut that follows and scroll to the very bottom of the instructions for diagrams of the pin safe zones.  --  JohnP
