I have a NIB Brunswick Blast Zone that has the CG approximately 1.5" to the right of the Pin to MB line.  The pin is about 3" from CG and top weight is approx 3oz.  I was thinking about using a dual angle drilling of 45 Deg x 4 1/2" x 45 Deg.  I am a right handed bowler and was wondering if there is anything special that I would have to do in order to make it legal.  Thank you in advance.

It in some ways will depend on how much top weight it has. If it has higher top weight it may end up with too much side weight too get out. Lay the ball out with your desired layout and then scale it before drilling. That will give you reults as the whether you can make it legal or not. Other than that possibility everything else should be fine
