Obviously its going to flare a bit more than placing the pin 5 inches from the nap, but the question is will it "flare out?" I believe that unless it has a pretty large differential, the ball will pick up just a bit earlier from placing it closer to the nap and continue slighly more on the backend. Overall, they are both going to be uber smooth drillings, but I don't think the ball will necessarily get that dreaded hook-die reaction with your style. The extra length from placing the pin 5 inches from pap is needed on tour conditions: you might not necessarily need it. It will definately give you a different look in your bag, and I think with as much axis rotation as you have, you should get the necessary length to keep the ball from dying out, while still allowing a smooth but continuous backend reaction. It should be a good ball for battling many of the house shots that just send the ball straight left when you get the ball outside of 10.
