drilling books or instructionals

im looking to start learning about all the different layouts and drilling info. is there any kind of book that will teach that

Here's a web site that has a lot of information, then go to the MoRich site and read the information on dual angle layouts, gradient line balance holes and double thumb layouts, then come back and ask specific questions.  --  JohnP
