"Three Inch Shift"

I'm watching Xtra Frames for the GEICO PLastic Ball tourney...and they have Chris Schlemer on telling us about the drillings for these plastic balls.  He said "3 inch shift off the label."  What on earth does that mean?  lol

I assuming they shift the CG 3 inches from the grip center in the direction of their PAP. That way they can use a weight hole and create dynamics in the ball that it didn't have previously.

By doing a 3 inch shift you keep the pancake weight block intact and create a more dynamic ball.  Years ago we called this block weight.
