question about a Layout

I have a friend who bowls with a momentum.. I dont know his PAP but his ball is layed out something like this.. Im not sure where the CG is, but the Pin is next to the ring and the MB is under the PIN. The PIN to CG is 4in, i dont know the Top weight. He Bowls around 14-15 MPH. I was wondering what this layout is supposed to do..

oh ok, sorry Im not to familiar with Columbia Bowling balls. Ok then that teh CG right under the Pin which is 4 in.
