Title: drilling out pin

took my meanstreak beat down 2 get it drilled and the pro shop drilled out the pin and when he did it went all the way to the core he pluged it is that going 2 hurt the way it rolls thank y

No. No reason it should.
When drilling into the pin it's best to put the pin in the center of the hole so no part of the plastic pin intersects the hole itself. This reduces the possibility of the coverstock cracking. When you put the pin close to the hole or drill out only part of the pin, then your chances of the coverstock cracking are raised significantly.

One of my favorite layouts puts the pin in my middle finger
no effect what-so-ever unless its like Charlest states above

Had an Lethal Revolver drilled with pin in middle finger had great reaction and carry.

Lay out the ball.  If the pin is in the way then drill it out.
