I would assume that there would be something in the ball box, but if not then you can use the standard layouts that the rest of the world uses for symmetric and asymmetric equipment.

Indeed!
There are drillings for symmeric cores and some special ones for asymmetric cores  The brand of the ball makes no difference.

You take into account the coverstock strength, the low, high RG & the differential for the weight of the ball and the Mass Bias Strength, if it's an asymmetric, your release specs and the oil on which you want to use the ball and what you want the ball to do. It's simple Rocket science!

I have a Raging Bull on order, the core is nothing like we have seen before.. Horn Core (or Dr Who K9 as I see it)

The core's secondary PSA looks like it will be at 30deg to Pin and also with a high intermediat diff im looking for info from anyone who has drilled and thrown one, and if reactions are same as standard layout reactions on asym cores.

Also my PAP is 5 3/8 by 1/2 down, so I have to watch what I am doing or the ball could do some funky things down the lane.

Not intended as anything negative here, but the LOOK of a core doesn't tell the whole story for reaction. We can create all kinds of catchy shapes but the DENSITY, and where that density is placed, should have more influence. The cover stock and the bowler's style will also dominate reaction more so that any core.
