Would someone please tell me what the following drilling will produce as far as the natural reaction : Pin 1 inch under ring finger and 1 inch to the right of the ring finger CG stacked. Thanks!

That's probably really close to stacked leverage; early roll and max flare.

Without your PAP coordinates, we're only guessing. If you have a "normal" PAP of around 5" with no large up/down coordinates, it will be early rolling with a lot of flare. Best to be used on fresh heads with at least medium oil and backends that aren't too dry.
