Title: drilling question

Was just wondering how many people actualy have a pinky hole drilled and what is accomplished by doing this? I am very new to the sport and just bought my first ball a couple days ago. I have a storm trauma response which i picked up on ebay for 50 dollars brand new. So any input would helpme undersatnd

Pinky holes are usually used by people with grip problems such as arthritis.
