A freind of mine had a pro shop lay out a new Rogue Cell for him. They used the dual angle method and set it up at 50x4x35. I have never layed out a ball with using the dual angle method but I have been reading up on it quite a bit. I bought a Rogue Cell last week and I plan on using this method for it.
However, something didn't look right when I looked at my buddies ball after it was punched out. For the drilling angle, the pro shop took the angle of the line from the Pin to the CG and the line from the Pin to his PAP. As I said I have never layed a ball out with this method but after reading on it shouldn't the angle be measured from the Pin to the PAS/Mass Bias and line from the Pin to PAP for a ball with an asymmetric core?? Can someone please shed some light on the situation, if I am correct his drilling angle is going to be smaller than 50*. Thanks for any help.

flybub you are correct in saying that with asymmetric cores for the first angle you are suppose to use the line from Pin to PSA and the line from Pin to PAP. It is only with Symmetric cores that do not have a PSA that you are suppose to use the Pin to CG method for the first angle.

I do too. My plug/redrill days are over. Everything I've gotten done over the summer has given the exact reaction I was looking for.
