Title: dual angle question

If a pro shop operator puts the cg on your pap, would this be a 0 degree angle?

Assuming it is a Symmetric ball, and knowing that it only applies to the ball pre-drilled, yes, that would be a 0 degree drilling angle.  Post-drilling, the PSA would move to your thumb hole, (and then again based on balance hole location) which would drastically increase the 'effective' drill angle, and would be dependent on your PAP measurements.
