I had a Resurgence that just wasn't matched to my low rev style. I RICO'd the ball as an experiment and have to say it's the most laid back mellow smooth arcing ball I've seen. However, it's too smooth and neds a wake-up call. Is it possible to enhance the reaction of a RICO drill by enlarging the weight hole?

I gave the correct answer and you went ahead and tried to give a technical BS response which came down to the same response as mine.

Can't you see how easy I answered the question and how much technical BS you gave to come up with the same conclusion..? Why do you have to explain things this way..? Plus, you basically explained it wrong to begin with.
